Walker Benefits, Inc. is an independent fee-based Third Party Administration and Benefits Consulting Firm in the retirement plan industry.  We have been providing quality services to the retirement plan community since 1989.

Our Mission

Walker Benefits is dedicated to adding value to the relationship between the Financial Advisor and the Plan Sponsor through first-class plan design, administration and consulting services.

Our Value-Added Services

• Plan Design/Consulting – We work with the Financial Advisor and the Plan Sponsor to develop a custom-designed plan that meets the Plan Sponsor’s needs. We look at each client on an individual basis to determine the retirement plan that best fits the client's needs
• Administration:  We currently administer plans of various sizes for over 500 clients.  We specialize in qualified defined contribution plans  including:

  • 401(k) plans
  • 403(b) plans
  • Profit Sharing plans
  • Safe Harbor plans
  • Integrated, Age-Weighted, and New Comparability/Cross-Tested plans

Our Team

Walker Benefits currently employs 13 Team Members with an average of 15 years in the retirement plan industry.  We truly believe our team members are our greatest asset.  They provide each and every client with quality service in a professional manner.
